Rubywand, Sorry to tag on to your message, but I missed michael's first post. Make sure you are using the INIT string in GV's manual. it is either AT&F0 or AT&F1. I can't remember offhand. The cable is a mac hware hndshk cable already. I have used one with spectrum and a IIGS. If I get a chance I'll check the manual and make sure of all the settings. -Sean
