I remember that AppleWorks 2 chokes on certain AppleWorks 3 commands,
but I can't remember which ones.  I think I solved the problem by
revealing codes, deleting the offending command, copying the whole
file into the clipboard, pasting it into a new document, then 
saving it.  The resulting file should be readable by AppleWorks 2.

Hopefully someone else has more details.
