Utility to convert Appleworks 3.0 WP files to 2.0 WP needed please

A lot of years ago I encountered a utility which purported to retrograde
Appleworks 3.0 Word Processor files so they could be read by Appleworks
2.0.  Sure enough, I can't find it now.  Anybody got a copy?

If you're wondering *why* I want it....I'm moving a *lot* of Appleworks
stuff to a PC running SuperWorks (The PC workalike of Appleworks) so that
I can retain as much of the formatting as possible.  SuperWorks'
documentation says it will suck in Appleworks WP files, and it does, but
with difficulty.  I suspect that some of Appleworks 3.0's added functions
cause all sorts of funnies to happen when SuperWorks encounters them.  I
was told that SuperWorks *will* accept Appleworks 2.0 files without
trouble, hence my desire for a utility which will strip out the *new*
functions added with the 3.0 revision of Appleworks.
