I'm not sure what is wrong. The problem boils down to the following:
1) SIS is corrupted
2) Spectrum is corrupted
3) GS/OS or a system extension is corrupted
Possible Fixes:
1) Try shift-booting and see if that helps.
2) Try reinstalling SIS (the installer will delete and reinstall the SIS
files).
3) Try reinstalling Spectrum.
4) And my favorite answer: format your harddrive and reinstall everything.
This should only be used at the last resort (Warning: take this suggestion
with a grain of salt unless you use Windows 95 :)
In general, all SIS technical support questions should be sent to
support@sevenhills.com for a guaranteed response. Seven Hills does not
monitor comp.sys.apple2.
