Have you tried booting off of a clean Sys6.0.1 disk? You might want
to try reinstalling the Resource manager and the sys.resources files.
Next, I'd reinstall the tools. Are the tools the same on both
computers? Finally, are you using any different program launcher on
your non-super GS?
