I posted a self-extracting BscIT article to comp.binaries.apple2 (just
exec the whole thing). I also sent copies to apple2.caltech.edu and
ground.

BscIT 2.0b1 encodes and decodes: Binscii, Base64 and UUcode.

I released the beta version since I got tired of working on it, but it's
error free as far as I know. It is, of course, freeware.
