I don't know where you were looking on caltech, but it was real
trivial to find. It's at apple2.caltech.edu,
pub/apple2/utils/dos3.3.shk [Looks like v2.0, which is a perfectly
fine and functional version, but I think 2.1's out.]
Checking ground (which has a much less sane filestructure, I must
say), I found v2.1 at ground.isca.uiowa.edu,
apple2/apple16/System/Applics/Dos33launcher.v21/ [there's a v2.2 bsq
in that directory, yet another oddball inconsistency by ground.]
