Here's a couple of good Applesoft books that are still available, while
they last:

AW-21  A Bit of Applesoft BASIC  $9.95

This is a great introduction to BASIC programming using Applesoft.

AW-22  Applesoft BASIC Toolbox (DOS 3.3)  $9.95

This is a bit more specialized, but worth it if you're going to dive deep
into Applesoft.
