While not a tutorial, Nathan Mates has put together a pretty good guide to
Applesoft BASIC commands and command syntax; in fact, it was just posted
here as the Applesoft BASIC FAQ. 

I have not seen any other on-line Applesoft references, but a couple of
books that I found very helpful, if you can find them...

1)  The Applesoft Tutorial
This is an early reference book supplied by Apple with detailed
information about Applesoft, written in tutorial format.
2)  The Apple ][ User's Guide
The book that taught me to program in BASIC.  Complete Applesoft command
reference.
