jpeg viewers

Not _exactly sure where to get the program , but you can get the IBM
compile program for DJPEG from somewhere and use it under DOS to convert
the jpegs on your ibm to GIFS on your IBM, then transfer them to your 2E
by what ever means you want to. I got the DJPEG version for the IBM once,
but can't remember where I got it.
