I can agree...

For those who have been following this thread, my position has been one
of that TASC should be public domain, and that I don't think MS are
interested.

I do think one should go ahead and make a private copy if you need to,
as it's not really hurting anyone, 

However...

Just in case M.S. happen to be interested, those who might be thinking
of uploading it to asimov, should probably refrain, in the interests of
not jeopardising an invaluable archive, should it incur the wrath of
microsoft.

Once they DO take an interest, they can be pretty brutal as we all know.
