Nope. Both the Apple extended 80 col/RGB interface and the RAMworks RGB 
expansion card have switches to set the text to your choice of four colors:
blue, amber, green, or white. But all normal text is the selected color and
all mousetext, inverse, and flashing text is white regardless of the setting.
That looks dumb so I keep mine set to white text so it all looks the same.
I thought colored text on the early IBMs looked hokey anyway myself.
