Well, here's info on the IIeasy Print Plus from the Spring '93 issue
of Educational Resources catalog (the cards pictured are quite small,
tho.  No longer than the slot they're put in (in an old Quality
Computers catalog, the cards are sold for about $50, and appear to be
regular serail cards)):
