All of the Disk ]['s I ever bought came with a schematic for both
the controller and the drive.  In particular, check the first
spiral-bound editions of the DOS 3.2 and DOS 3.3 manuals you might
have.

Of course, the Disk ][ controller is a state machine with the bipolar
PROM's programming determining just about everything, so you need more
than a schematic.  I highly recommend you get a copy of "Beneath Apple
DOS", by Worth and Lechner, from Quality Computers.  It contains
a wonderful explanation of how the hardware and software work together.
