Q: help with Stylewriter and IIgs

I have a Stylewriter (model M8000) hooked up to the printer port on my Rom
03 GS. While I am thrilled with the quality over my Imagewriter, it seems
to have some limitations- does anyone know how to make a Stylewriter print
with ProDos 8 programs like ProTerm? Also, some formatting options, such
as full justification in Appleworks GS, show up on the screen but do not
print correctly. Is there perhaps a better GS/OS driver than the one that
comes with System 6.0.1? This is the older Stylewriter (the bigger one)
 
Also, does anyone know wherewhere I could get a manual for this printer? 
Can you still get them from Apple, or some other 3rd party source?
