   0047 is "OS: duplicate filename". Source:

   You missed the above URL, which is clearly referenced in section
8.5 of the FAQ, "I'm getting error XXXX or YYY. What's it mean?" The
full list of error is 8K in size, and too large for inclusion directly
in the FAQ. That's why it's listed as a URL in the FAQ.
