The license is for distribution. While it is "copyrighted" it probably
isn't totally accurate that it is "freely available" in the sense that
_anyone_ can freely distribute it. So, what Nathan was conveying was that
it is copyrighted, free, but not freely distributable (until you get a
license from Apple). I know, it does seem kinda ridiculous....but it
certainly could be worse!
