Finally there is a mention of ProTYPE in the appropriate section. Accompanied,
as one might expect, with inane editorial comment courtesy of the FAQ
maintainer, along with phrases like "it is reported" and "apparently", which
should convince everyone not to take much stock in his own opinion or "facts".
It gives some info-macesque location for the file though. It seems that a
more permanent location should be documented. I just looked on ground and
found two copies in the apple2/Mac directory. One is ProTYPE.hqx and the
other is ProTYPE10.hqx. In addition to this site, someone with a web site in
Australia has offered to host a copy. This should ensure that the app is 
permanently available and this brouhaha need never happen again.
