I would add Ronald Mercer's Prism 1.0 (New Concepts). I've no idea
if Other World Computing (formely LRO) still sells the program, but it
is one of the top graphic convertors available for the Apple IIgs. I'm
still waiting to hear back from Ronald about the 2.0 update, although
I wouldn't hold my breath at this point.
Also, if section 6.6 of the FAQ is for all Apple II's in general,
perhaps a mention of IIGIF from Jason Harper would be worth a mention.
It's the only program that supports GIF on the 8-bit Apple II (not
very well considering the hardware limitations, but it does do it :)
