You didn't mention that you can also use SwitchIt from Procyon.  It is
supposedly more stable to use that The Manager or MultiGS because it
doesn't do multi-tasking, it just lets you switch back and forth
between programs.

You also didn't mention how much bank zero memory The Manager, MultiGS
or SwitchIt.  This is important to remember because with all the other
programs running under one of these programs, the total bank zero
memory usage cannot exceed 64K.
