If that's a hand-held scanner with a standard serial scan head
(usually made by Omacron?), then it can be used with the Quickie
interface card on the IIGS. That card will drive any of the older
grayscale scan heads (from ScanMan, Logitech, HP, Vitesse, etc.).
You can use any of the popular graphics conversion programs, such
as Convert3200 from Joe Kohn, to turn the graphics into GIFs and
transfer them to the Mac (he'll throw in LemminGS, reportedly). :)
