Manual questions

Does anyone know which manuals came with an Apple Super Serial Card?  My
card has Super Serial Card II imprinted on it, if that helps.  Which
manuals came with the Imagewriter I and II?  The serial number on my I is
252004.  The part number is 825-0568-A.  The serial number on my II is
2062156.  The model number is A9M0320.  Both printers are beige.  Also, did
the Apple joystick come with any manuals?  I am looking for the part
numbers off the manuals. Thank you.
