More on HTML editor

I may be mistaken, but one thing I just remembered is someone recently
talking about the scripting possibilities of WordPerfect GS (and I assume
II).  Now, for some reason, I think they mentioned the possibility of
using it to make a html editor.  If not, would this be possible to do
(especially in the light of the now shareware status of WordPerfect GS)?
