Need memory chips for AE GS-RAM III

I have an Applied Engineering "GS-RAM III" card for my Apple IIGS that is
expandable to 4 MB or RAM.  I currently have 2 MB in it, but my computing
needs have risen, and 2MB just isn't enough anymore.

Does anyone have memory chips (SIMM modules) for this memory card?  It
uses 20-pin ICs, each being 512K, and I need four of them (to equal 2
megs).
If you have a memory card that uses 20-pin SIMMs, the two would probably
be interchangeable.
