You could try setting up filesharing across the two with a serial cable,
if the //c supports AppleTalk protocols.   I know this will work with my
IIGS.  But why not just put them on a floppy and carry them to the Mac, if
they're close enough for direct cable?  Your Mac can read ProDOS disks
just fine, I'm sure.
