As others have already said... 115kbps.  There have been discussions
from time to time, for sure.  I'm not sure there's any one particular
one I'd point you to.  John Matthews has a nice discussion of
programming the SSC here:

But I'm sure interrupts is not at all the way you want to go.  There's
not time to deal with them.

I can point you to example code for the SSC and SCC, if you need that.
