This could be a TRACK-CENTER ALIGNMENT FAULT.
I will tune your Disk II to perfect alignment for $5 plus $5 return shipping.
Likewise for Platinum 5.25 drive.
Can add 3-way front panel write-protect switch, $5.00 (Disk II or platinum)
Can add front panel speed knob: $5 (Disk II only)
The alignment software is public domain (Aptest). I will send it and my
17K instruction file on disk for $2.00 to cover postage.
