You can get the 14MHz part from Alltech Electronics.

You can get a faster oscillator from JDR Microdevices, which lists
them as part number OSC40 for the 40MHz oscillator. Their phone
number is (800)538-5000
Total cost for processor speedup is $20 (minus S/H).
I can't recall SHH Systeme's web site. They sell the 32K cache
upgrade. I don't recall the price either. Can someone point
the way? (I do know that they're the ones that started the
"upgrade needs greater than 1.5 ROMs" rumor, which is incorrect).
