IIc sticky keys

1) You can carefully remove the key caps, remove the rubber membrane, vacuum
or air blow debris away.
2) You could try cleaning it in a degreaser bath (if you have access to one).
3) Replace/unsolder and disassemble individual switches.
Taking in shower is pretty far out.
You would risk contamination and the force of water might cause damage.
Drying by baking would be best (if you wash it in shower), but the temperature
is tricky, so as not to melt things.
Bottom line is:
If you can't fix it easily, I recommend just use the keyboard for parts.
