Announce: TextTool

This is really for the one person who asked about such a program, but it
might be of some use to others.

TextTool runs on enhanced IIe or better machines.  It will convert
between Apple, Unix, and MS-DOS line formats.  It also switches upper to
lower case and vice versa, tabs to spaces, filters unnecessary control
characters, and sets or clears the high bit.

It appears to be working, though it is not as fast as I would like it to
be.  It is available here:
