That's fine; however, there may be some confusion and, even, unhappy
customers unless you clearly specify that either

1. The adapters are, mainly, just plug converters

   OR

2. The adapters include D-to-A circuitry which makes a 'switcher stick'
"work something like" an Apple II stick. For example, holding the stick in
the full-Right position causes Horizontal output resistance to move
towards 150k Ohms. (Releasing/centering the stick would stop the
increase.) This seems pretty unlikely since the converter would,
originally, have cost as much as a for-real Apple II joystick. In any
case, a switcher joystick can never "work just like" an analog joystick
because it cannot match output directly to every possible stick position.

If the "digital" sticks mentioned are the kind which simply close
switches at extreme stick positions, then, just adding a few resistors and
connecting Horizontal, Vertical, and Button lines via a plug converter
will not be satisfactory. In effect, the Apple is looking at pots which
are always outputing either a Max or Min value.

Some Apple II games-- the ones which check only for extreme outputs--
will not mind. Quit a few Apple II games, paint utilities, and other
products do care about the full range of possible outputs an analog stick
can provide. These wares will not work with a plain 'switcher stick'.
