   The usual ftp sites. For example, try
ground.isca.uiowa.edu/apple2/apple16/utils/MSDOS.util/MSDOS.TOOLS.SHK

   This is in section 5.8 of the csa2 FAQ. [Just added the URL; the
other info on MS-DOS utils has been there for quite some time]
