IIc drive won't boot :(

Hi all
 
I have a classroom IIc that no longer seems to want to boot Prodos
disks from the internal drive.
 
It will boot DOS disks (and a few other copy-
protected disks of unknown type like GradeBusters)
 
Any idea why this mighyt be or how to fix it?
It isn't a crucial problem because I have a 3.5 unidisk that will boot
just fine, but I would like to keep it operating correctly if possible.
