I think it varies from machine to machine. A lot of people report the error
when their system has been on for awhile. When I used to have a ROM 01, it
refused to boot unless it was on for awhile, and had time to heat up! I had
to wait about 5 minutes, staring at the "0911" error message, until it was
ready to go. Once it was hot enough, I never saw the error again... until the
next time. :)
