The day they released System 7.6, it didn't change my machine. My two
MacPluses still work, print, word process, number crunch, etc. Until they
die, they will always be able to do those chores. I consider the $2000 or
whatever I spent on my first Plus to have been money very well spent. Its
working out to be less than $200 per year, and I spend more than that on
videos each year. Not a bad deal.

Its so easy to get caught up in the "latest and greatest" game pushed on us
by our consumer oriented society that we can forget the obvious. And I
should know, I'm a sucker for the game more than most.
