GS/Mac toolbox (was Re: Apple does it again)

Similar? They're practically the exact same. It seems to me that the
IIgs toolbox is a little cleaner. This makes sense because it was written
*after* the Mac toolbox, thus taking advantage of the Mac experience and
also because the Mac toolbox has been hacked up more than the IIgs version.
