After KFest this is getting renewed and a video posted.

The UniDisk 3.5" requires the "black label" drive assembly, the
AppleDisk 3.5" requires the "red label" drive assembly.

The black label one can be had from a Mac Plus, or 512Ke, and the
beige Apple 800K external drive.

The red label ones are found in a Mac SE, II, etc.

The red label ones can also be found in a Mac plus or 512Ke, and if
they are installed the ribbon cable with them will have a yellow
stripe for pin #1 instead of a red stripe. Using the red striped cable
on the black labeled drive on a Mac Plus or 512Ke will result in a
magical fire breathing cable.

..and as a side note: with the same rules, an 800K assembly can be put
on a Mac 128/512 (no 'e') and it will be a rather unique .. double
sided MFS drive.  The computer will support it, but there is no HFS
format because the ROM and OS haven't a clue.
