Like others have mentioned, it could be a AE Vulcan, AI InnerDrive or
another system.

What I want to add to this is that if the drive turns out to be a
Vulcan hard drive, you can apparently use the Turbo IDE card from
///SHH Systeme (I have no idea if that is the correct spelling) to
control it.  This is supposed to give faster transfer rates than the
original Vulcan card as well.
