Yes.  There is a shareware program "Chamelion" that converts files between 
CP/M, Apple DOS 3.3, ProDOS, and Pascal.  Once you get it to transfer from 
CP/M to 3.5" ProDOS disks, they can be read directly by modern Macs and 
saved to MS-DOS 3.5" disks.  I do it all the time.
 
There appears to be a bug in Chamelion:  If the CP/M file name is exactly 
eight characters long without a . extension, it can't seem to find the file 
to convert.  You have to change the name in that case  (if you don't have 
CP/M you can use a block editor to do it).
