There was a program named CPMXFER, available for the Apple SoftCard,
however it really runs in plain Apple DOS, and transfers files from
Apple CP/M to Apple DOS diskettes.
 
But you also have these options:
 
1. Take the CP/M card from your Apple2 and put it in that other
Apple2 with a good serial port.  Also bring along your CP/M
diskettes.  Boot up CP/M, then transfer the files.
 
2. Borrow the good serial port from that other Apple2 and insert it
into your Apple2, then transfer the files.
