It's been a while (1 year) since I used my IIc on the internet. I
believe the terminal program I used was Z-link. It should be available
in the software archives on the net if they still exist. (How do you
get it from the net to your Apple II when you need it first to get on
the net!?) If your II+ has a 3 1/2" drive, it's easy. (Your Mac can
write the file in Prodos).
With this terminal program, you can dial into a shell account on many
ISP's and run programs there for news (Tin), mail (Pine) and text-only
web (LYNX). I found a lot of software to download direct to my IIc
while I was on the web. In fact, I found my IIc's amber screen easier
on the eyes than my Mac's colour screen.
