IC tester card

Thanks for the responses I received on two other cards--here's the
third, and most mysterious, one...

I recently rescued an Apple peripheral slot card labelled IC TEST CARD,
copyright 1984 by Yih Lung. It's a full-size card (8" long). The card
has a
potted portion about 3" square which, in addition to the name and
copyright,
also has the (company?) name "Fairy" and two Kanji characters.

It has five 4016 DRAM chips and a 6821P microprocessor (identification
obscured by a TEST/OK sticker). The rear 3" of the card are covered with
resistors and a dozen transistors. There are two variable resistors near
the
keyboard end. (For setting test voltages?) It also has a 20-pin header,
no doubt to connect to an IC test socket. Does anyone have info on the
wiring from this header to the presumed socket?

How does the card operate? A quick check of the slot connector reveals
that it is run entirely in the $C0sX space, since only ADDRESS 0..3 are
connected--no onboard 6502 ROM. Sooo...the card requires software to
be useful. Does anyone have the disk to match? Or the documentation?

Thanks for any info in advance! (Please reply by email as well, since I
don't get to read this group regularly.)
