As far as I remember it is an 1:1 wiring.

The software is on disk, the disk is a little bit copy-protected, 
(copy II plus will do it). The card can test 74-TTL, 74LS-TTL and 
40xx/45xx CMOS devices. There is also an autodetect feature, if you 
dont know the model number, the card will tell you (nice for 
identifying chips on the Accelerator board).
I'll try do create a .DSK image file of the disk and mail it 
to you, but it will take one or two month until I'll get to do this.
