ADT is a stupid little program that sends a disk's info
over null modem and deposits in on a PC volume in disk
image format.  Very slow.

A better path would be to use DSK2FILE to make a disk
image on the Apple II and then use Proterm or some other
good comm software to transfer with Zmodem at maximum
speed (say, 57,600).
