I'm not saying I approve of what they did.  Just that in the II/GS/Amiga
markets they could get enough people to buy their overpriced products.

FYI, the only AE products I have are a used PCT and an AE floppy (because
it was cheaper than Apple's).

The strategy obviously bombed in the Mac market.
