megaboard and ST-157R

Well....I goofed...I posted this in comp.sys.apple2.comm when I should 
have posted it here.
This oughta' test your memory...I have a Megaboard HD controller card 
that is used to control old MFM type drives up to 60megs in size. When 
formatting the HD one needs to know the # of heads, cylinders and the # 
of the Write precomp cylinder. I have an ST-157R 48 meg drive and I need 
to know those 3 things. Can anybody hep me?
