I just found this great collection of Christmas and Hoilday related graphics for PrintShop GS 
and PrintShop along with many other nice Christmas and Hoilday related goodies - all from the 
Genie Apple A2 Roundtable archives. If you pass these Christmas and Holiday related archives 
up, you're passing up some real treasures. Hint, Hint - wouldn't it be nice if somebody would 
take the time and effort to transfer all of these archives to our Apple II ftp sites - around 
the world?

       A2.XMAS.BXY (399K)
       This special package was prepared especially for IIgs users of the Apple II 
RoundTable. It includes the updated
       runtime version of HyperStudio 3.0, which will allow you to run HyperStudio stacks, a 
special graphical and
       sound presentation, and a nice selection of art and sounds you may find useful or 
entertaining during the holiday
       season. It's specifically a CHRISTMAS presentation for those of you celebrating that 
holiday this year! We hope
       you find it enjoyable. It requires a IIgs with one 3.5 drive and a megabyte of memory. 
If you already own
       HyperStudio 3.0 and have the MidiSynth Tool you may want to download a2.xmas2.bxy 
instead, as it doesn't

       A2.XMAS2.BXY (207K)
       This special package was prepared especially for IIgs users of the Apple II RoundTable 
who own HyperStudio
       3.0 and who have the MidiSynth TOOL035. If you don't have both of them, check out 
a2.xmas.bxy instead!
       Both are otherwise identical, and include a special graphical and sound presentation,

       Happy Holidays from the A2 Staff!! Here's a small offering for 8-bit users to 
complement the nifty holiday
       offerings for the GS. This file is made up of a modified version of XMAS.MUSIC.BXY and 
all the hi-res
       Christmas pics I could find. A list of DHR holiday graphics available here in the A2 
library is included, too.
       Archived with Shrinkit 3.2.3. 
       HS3.1RJ.BXY (124K)
       This includes the HyperStudio 3.1rj runtime version with a small home stack. Archived 
with ShrinkIt GS v1.1 
       HYPERXMAS89.BXY (236K)
       Look for the hidden button on the last card to get to the password to unlock the 
stack. This stack uses converted
       Macintosh sounds and graphics as well as IIgs material. Use ShrinkIt to unpack to 
about a 270K file. Big, but
       the music sample alone is worth the download. DO NOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE XCMDS WHILE 
USING!

Synthlab songs can be played on all IIgs running with System 6.0 or 6.0.1. 

       HALLELUJAH.BXY (13K)
       SynthLAB song plays Hallelujah Chorus from the Messiah by G. F. Handel. Packed with

       CHIPMUNK.BXY (73K)
       SynthLAB plays the Chipmunk Christmas song. Also includes InstF.bnk & B2.wav in case 
you don't already
       have them. Make sure they are in the same folder as the song. Packed with ShrinkIt GS

       NUTCRCKRSEQ.BXY (132K)
       This is a collection of all eight pieces from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Ballet Suite 
(op. 71a) for synthLAB.
       Included, in this order, are: Miniature Overture, March, Dance of the Sugar Plum 
Fairy, Trepak, Arab Dance,
       Chinese Dance, Dance of the Reed Pipes, Waltz of the Flowers. Transcribed by Mitchell 
Spector. Packed with
       ShrinkIt GS v1.1. 
       SONOBOX.BXY (22K)
       This is Sonobox, the first Apple IIgs New Desk Accessory that plays Amiga music 
MODules. Sonobox's many
       features include: the ability to listen to songs in the background while you work; 
variable volume, stereo and
       tempo controls; and impressive, high quality sound output. Sonobox requires an Apple 
IIgs running GS/OS 6.0
       or later. A hard drive and at least 2MB of memory are highly recommended, though are 
not necessary to use the
       program. Packed with GS-ShrinkIt v1.1.

       SHOWME.BXY (74K)
       This is a maintenance upgrade to v1.1 that corrects the problem of the ShowMe NDA 
window controls
       becomming visible in the background of an animation. It also allows you to set the 
menu key to one of the
       Preference settings hotkeys. This NDA/FX displays all kinds of IIGS SHR graphics, $C2 
Animations, PSGS,
       MacPaint, and GIFs. Can save in several formats and act as a slide show for graphics.

       documentation. This product is released as JesusAware which may be distributed like

Publish It

Requires the commercial desktop publishing program Publish It by Timeworks. For Apple IIs 
with minimum 128K or
Apple IIgs. Documents can be loaded directly into Publish It after being unpacked and then 
printed out with no further
imput by user. 

       The following two files are popular tutorials for novel uses of the Publish It 
program. 
       PI.GREETING.BXY (9K)
       Requires Publish It. This document was created by Vivian Lynes for AzApple User Group 
Journal. Explains
       how to create a greeting card using Publish It program. Gives examples. Just load 
document into Publish It and
       print out to one page. Upload also includes greeting card template to use in creating 
your own cards. 
       PI.EMBOSS.BXY (15K)
       How to emboss using computer printouts. Tutorial by Vivian Lynes. Layout prepared by 
Pat Kern for AzApple
       Journal. Install fonts Florence.12 and Florence.24 (included in upload) before 
printing. Load file into Publish It
       program and print out to one page. Create beautiful greeting cards, letterheads, 
banners, and signs! Packed with
       Shrinkit. 
       XMAS.TAGS1.BXY (27K)
       Here are some Christmas package tags created with Publish It! 3 (but will import to 
Publish It 4). It is a single
       page with eight tags. No funky fonts are used, just those native to PI 3 and PI 4. I 
printed mine up and
       photocopied it onto different colored paper. Enjoy!

       Requires Publish It. Creates B/W Christmas gift tags, 8 to a page, all different. 
Unpack with Shrinkit, then load
       into Publish It and print out on white, red, or green printer paper, or on white paper

pages on bright or pastel

       COLOR.TAGS.BXY (33K)
       Requires Publish It. Christmas gift tags ready to be unpacked with Shrinkit, then 
loaded into Publish It and
       printed out using color printer. Cut along solid lines on document. Prints out 10 to a 
page, 2 pages both
       different, plus one template to create your own design. Uses Desplaines.18 annd 
Ravinia.18 fonts which are
       included in Publish It program. Substitute font styles & sizes if you prefer. Layout 
by Pat Kern. 
       PI.INVITE.BXY (138K)
       12 Christmas documents to be loaded into Publish It and printed out. Clipart and most 
text has been placed for
       you. Personalize as you require. Be sure to read the small text boxes which don't 
print and install requested
       fonts before printing out. Several seasonal fonts are included with upload. You will 
have to deinstall some
       fonts temporarily to avoid user table full error message. Also uses Desplaines, 
Madison, and Ravinia fonts. Print
       out file named Card.TemplateA first to guide you. Also includes a template so that you 
can create your own
       additional documents. Printout on white or colored printer paper or use red, green, 
gold, or silver printer ribbon.
       Emboss, if you desire. Clipart and layout by Pat Kern. 
       SANTALETTER.BXY (38K)
       Requires Publish It. 10 Letters to Santa templates for high tech children of all ages. 
Just load into Publish It,
       install Candy.24 font (included in upload). Print out as is to add your own 
handwritten text or import text into
       layout from ASCII text file, AppleWorks file, Bank Street writer, or enter directly 
from Publish It program.
       Graphics and text boxes are placed for you. Batteries not included. Parental guidance 
may be required. Mail to
       North Pole or place in stockings or post on refrigerator in case Santa visits your 
kitchen for a midnight snack.
