Not exactly, that one is from 1977 and at that time anything connecting
to the Bell System (other than Western Electric, Telco supplied) had to have
a separate connection method. You are missing a box about the size of a box
of wooden matches that has a smoke colored semi-clear plexiglas cover labeled
"Hayes Microcoupler", the later versions of the modem had this built in,
the Novation Apple-Cat II was also built similarly except it's Telco interface
was mounted on the board in a small plastic enclosure. If you look
at most of the modem cards designed in the early 80's you will similar
concepts. The Hayes microcoupler was used on all their modem producst at
the time. As was the Novation Communications System Interface module on their
products as well. The later, MicroModem //e integrated all this onto the
card in the computer. 

Finding the rest of that isn't that hard, the card woulkd be the more
unique part to find, allthough there were quite a few of those produced and
sold.
