   There's a CD-ROM FAQ that isn't explicitly linked in from the csa2

   There are a number of places in the csa2 FAQ saying "follow this
link for even *more* A2 info" that lead to the larger list, including
the CD-ROM FAQ. Hmmm, maybe I should make the lines less distinct in
the tables of contents.
