I don't understand this "caused no harm" argument you keep throwing
out here. Whether you caused harm or not has no bearing on whether
what you did was illegal or not.
If I drive my car at a speed faster than the speed limit, I cause no
harm to anyone or anything but I am still breaking the law and can be
prosecuted.
